I am a handy guy, and I have been working on a lot of projects on my own house, and helping some of my friends with their projects. After decades of fixing things, I’ve gotten pretty good at it.

The list is long, but includes installing wood and linoleum floors, putting in air conditioners, repairing and installing lighting fixtures, tiling floors and backsplashes, minor concrete work like parging, installing cabinetry, building or repairing steps or decks, painting, fixing or replacing broken sinks and toilets, washing and resealing decks, putting together flatpack furniture properly, repairing fences, hanging doors, yard cleanup and minor landscaping, and so on, and on, and on.
